Working with us shouldn’t feel complicated. That’s why we use a simple monthly package model: predictable for you, flexible for us, and designed to fit your pace.

What's the benefit of choosing a pre-paid package?
Pre-paid packages lock in a lower rate and give both of us predictability. You can still choose hourly billing at $150/hour, but packages secure time on our calendar and save you money. Standard sizes are 20, 40, or 80 hours, but if you need a custom block, just ask.
What happens if I run out of hours?
We'll give you a heads-up if you're getting close. At that point, you can either add extra time at a discounted rate of $120/hour or hit pause until the next month. Either way, every hour is tracked so you know exactly where things stand.
How do you bill?
Your package is billed at the start of the month. If you go over, we'll add those hours to your next invoice or send a separate line at the end of the month, whatever keeps it simple.
What if I don't use the full block of hours in a month?
Your package holds space on our calendar, so unused hours don't roll forward. If your needs shift, we can right-size your package for the months ahead—it just has to be set before the month starts. There are no refunds for already paid monthly packages.
Is this month-to-month, yearly, or what?
You're not locked into a contract. You can work with us monthly, quarterly, or yearly. We do recommend at least a quarter, though. That's usually the time it takes to develop a strong partnership and feel the full impact of adding us to your team.
If I don’t choose a package, what is your hourly rate?
We can bill hourly at $150/hour, with a running total each month. Packages just give you a better rate and a reserved spot on our calendar.
What if I want to cancel?
Just let us know before the next month of hours and we will not send you an invoice for any monthly packages going forward.
